The standard of the flowers from Windflowers florists this year has dropped tremendously, the same flowers I ordered last year looked gorgeous hence I ordered again this year. I feedbacked to the company, but their poor customer service times and times again just came up with excuses after excuses on how they think their florists think their flowers are nice and had arranged to their taste. They would not be responsible or acknowledge their drop in standard. They offered me a 10% refund which is extremely insincere. Next they then offered 20 % after coming up again with lots of excuses. I have been supporting them since a year ago but will no longer do because their customer service is extremely bad and the standard of flowers have dropped. The flowers do not look beautiful anymore for those I ordered.
